Crystal Sullivan is a Yoga Teacher (ERYT500, Yoga Alliance), Physical Therapist and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT, International Association of Yoga Therapists). She is a proud teacher, student and seeker of all things healthy and holy. In addition to innumerable continuing education experiences, she has completed several two hundred-hour yoga teacher trainings (Sacred Rivers 2009, Rolf Gates 2012), a 300 hour yoga teacher training (Sacred Rivers, 2014) and a 200-hr Kundalini Yoga Certification with Guru Singh (2021). With Shelley, Crystal has co-created, co-directed and been a primary teacher of CrossRoads 200/300hr Yoga Teacher Training since 2012. Hundreds have completed these programs. Hundreds have beautiful things to say about their experience (www.yogaalliance.org).

Crystal is passionate about leading her highest life and she is passionate in her unquenchable desire to help others do the same. Her greatest teacher has been a life-long struggle with anxiety in which she has developed a tool-box that is as wide as it is deep for living with this challenging guest. A former choir director and cheerleader, she is a wellspring of creativity, enthusiasm and hope for a better way of being; for all of us. She loves art, music, yoga, her family, simplicity and time in nature. She is available for private yoga/individual yoga therapy sessions for those who seek to apply yogic principles to their life's circumstances; or take their yoga practice to the next level; or apply the tools of yoga to the unique constitutional considerations of their body, mind & spirit. Yoga Therapy with Crystal is intended to compliment the client's current medical regimen in a holistic, team-based way.

Crystal teaches for Y.O.U. (at SoulSpace Yoga & Wellness), the Southington-Cheshire YMCA & Charter Oak Cultural Center.
