Gentle Yoga, 9-10am (SMB)

Kundalini Yoga, February 12, 2023, 10:30-12pm. Kundalini Yoga is not gentle or beginner-oriented but it can be adapted from a chair. You can expect an uplifting, invigorating practice of breathwork, timed movement, mudra, mantra and meditation. Please bring water, a mat and we will meet at YMCA SMB Center. $10 members, $30 non-members for each class. Sign-ups for each class are required. Featuring the beautiful live, acoustic music of Lisa Cote.


FULL CIRCLE CONVERSATIONS with Shelley and Crystal**
Join us for these supportive, meaningful and safe conversations. Topics include living fully, being present in all circumstances, honoring boundaries, overcoming obstacles and embracing mortality. FREE for Y members. Space is limited, registration required.

Introduction to Buddhism with Shelley:**
February 19th, 9-10:30am
This introduction to Buddhism will include discussion and seated guided and silent meditation. We will explore a brief history of Buddhism, the 4 Noble Truths and several core themes of this philosophy. Buddhist philosophy can be compatible with any faith tradition (or no faith tradition). All are welcome.
